Time Transit of any kind is a bad idea, creating a morally unsustainable system of duplicates. Our society does not have the necessary legal or ethical framework to deal with the resulting chaos. MATT supports the U.N. Non-Proliferation Committee's call for a moratorium on all further development.

Our Mission

Our society stands at a crossroads not unlike that of nuclear development faced by previous generations. The allure of cheap energy and historical research has lead some to support the further development of Time Transit Technologies (TTT). However, we believe that continued development of this dangerously destabilizing technology has only one eventual outcome, regardless of the illusion of security or control: a disaster with consequences many times that of Hiroshima or Nagasaki. This disaster would effect not only our own epoch, but potentially all of human history. The risk is just too great.
